EPOVB at APSA 2016

Join EPOVB at APSA 2016!  

  • We've got dozens of panels on things topical ("Populism and Voting for the Extremes," Friday at 4 pm) to technical ("Targeted Surveys: How to Study the Understudied," Friday at noon).
  • We'll present awards at our business meeting (6:30 pm Friday, Marriott Franklin 3) and mingle at our reception, joint with the Political Communication section, (7:30 pm Friday, Marriott Salon C).
  • And consider arriving early on Wednesday for a Short Course co-sponsored by EPOVB on "Challenges of Electoral Integrity and the Construction and Use of Expert Indicators."

APSA's organized section on Elections, Public Opinion, and Voting Behavior (EPOVB) promotes interest in teaching and research on elections, electoral behavior, public opinion, voting turnout, and political participation, both within the United States and throughout the world.

EPOVB publishes the journal Political Behavior, organizes panels at the APSA Annual Meeting, gives a variety of annual awards, and generally serves as a hub for those interested in elections, public opinion, and voting.

Become an EPOVB member!  When joining APSA or renewing your membership, consider joining EPVOB. Annual dues are $28 (and just $20 for students). Section membership includes a subscription to Political Behavior.
